TERMS & CONDITIONS

READ WELL

  1. The Company agrees to provide qualified and licensed drivers to operate the Customer's vehicle during the agreed-upon rental period.

  2. The Customer is responsible for providing a roadworthy vehicle for the driver to operate. The Company will not be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

  3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the driver has valid permission to operate the vehicle. The Company will not be responsible for any legal or administrative issues arising due to the driver's unauthorized use of the vehicle.

  4. The Customer shall make a booking request by providing relevant details, including the desired rental period, pick-up location, and drop-off location, through the Company's designated booking channels.

  5. The Company will provide the Customer with a quotation based on the requested rental period and other applicable charges.

  6. Payment for the Services shall be made by the Customer in advance or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties.

  7. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete payment information. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if payment information is invalid or insufficient.
    The Customer shall ensure that the vehicle provided for driver rental is adequately insured and registered in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  8. The Customer shall provide clear instructions regarding the intended route, destinations, and any specific requirements to the driver at the beginning of the rental period.

  9. The Customer shall not hold the Company or the driver liable for any delays, loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road conditions, or adverse weather.

  10. The customer will be liable for any parking or toll fees

  11. Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

    • 48 hours before reservation time: FREE OF CHARGE

    • Less than 48 hours before reservation time: 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT

  12. Drive for Me shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside the customer's vehicle during the rental period. Customers are advised to ensure the security of their personal belongings and remove any valuable items from the vehicle prior to the rental. Drive for Me Rental Service assumes no responsibility for any such items left behind.

  13. Gate passes (rules) for clients and drivers: Customer have to hold access card for any site need access for entrance.
